bundle.toolbar.min Cannot read property 'replace' of undefined

Error Cannot read property 'replace' of undefined in bundle.toolbar.min.js may appear, if CMS page has two placeholders.

In my case this error doesn't allow to open plugin editor window in some placeholders.
